Fimea registrar’s office service hours changing on 1 March 2023

Fimea registrar’s office opening hours will change on 1 March 2023. From that point onward, the registrar’s office will be open from 9:00 to 15:00.

Documents can be submitted electronically as before and at the Helsinki and Kuopio offices between 8:00 and 16:15.

The change in service hours is based on the government decree of December 2022 that provides for authorities’ minimum opening hours. Under the new decree, authorities can independently decide on their service hours and allocate their opening hours more flexibly according to customer needs. The decree entered into force at the beginning of 2023.
