Fimea regulates and develops the pharmaceutical sector in Finland and promotes rational use of medicines in order to support the health of the population. We ensure the safety, availability and rationality of medicinal treatments. We also produce and provide medicines information in order to improve the effectiveness of the pharmaceutical services and medicinal treatments.
