CMD(h) meets in Helsinki on 11–13 June 2018

Fimea is hosting an unofficial meeting of CMD(h), or Coordination Group for Mutual Recognition and Decentralised Procedures - Human, in Helsinki on 11–13 June 2018. This meeting is organised during the Bulgarian Presidency of the EU and on request of Bulgaria.

CMD(h) is always convened by the country currently holding the EU Presidency to discuss the mutual recognition and decentralised marketing authorisation procedures coordinated between the Member States. Key issues on this meeting’s agenda include Brexit-related questions. The participants comprise 40 representatives of national medicines agencies from 23 EU Member States as well as from the European Medicines Agency.
