More detailed instructions for the FAST-EU pilot on clinical drug trials published for sponsors

The FAST-EU pilot is due to begin on 30 January 2026. Its guidance for sponsors was published on 21 January 2026. The information can be found both directly on the CTCG website and in Fimea’s EU-level guidelines for clinical trials. In the initial phase, two trials per month will be admitted to the pilot. The application letters must be sent to the Coordination Group of the pilot before acceptance to the pilot.
